Brent is a licensed strata agent with a 25+ year career in facilities management. Brent’s rich knowledge is the coming together of his expertise in heritage listed commercial and retail buildings in the Sydney City and his strong reputation for defect coordination on new buildings. Using his specialist knowledge, Brent can assess and then strategies a successful blueprint for the management and maintenance of any use, size or aged building.

With a Degree and Postgraduate in Business Management from the University of Technology Sydney, Brent inspires excellence in his team and can often be found on site assisting building management directly, attesting to his accessible and hands on management style.

Brent has a successful track record of achieving great outcomes for his buildings and owners corporations and is in strong demand for consulting with owners corporations, real estate professionals, developers and construction companies.

Director

Buildings are in Antonio’s DNA, he studied Architecture and his father was a builder, his enthusiasm for well designed and constructed projects has always been there. Having worked as a draftsman and surveyor in Spain, Antonio has rounded out his career with security consulting and 15+ years in the facilities management industry.

Antonio has worked on many major buildings in Sydney and is well known as a great communicator and site organiser. He is appreciated and respected by owners corporations for his professional manner and ability to work within budgets.

Financial Controller

Sheila has a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy and is a Member of CPA Australia (Certified Practising Accountant).

With an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of Vision Building Management Group’s company finances, Sheila prepares financial statements, budget reports, forecasts, cost analysis reports, payroll, profit or loss statements and makes certain the financial books are prepared and accurately documented.

With a reputation of exceeding expectations, Sheila enjoys analysing budgets and recommending spending or cost cuts for an overall improved financial outcome.

Building Manager

John is a Carpenter by trade with 4+ years as a Building Manager. His approach is very hands on giving him a detailed knowledge of his building, tenants, owners and contractors.

With an appreciation for well-built things, John spends his spare time tinkering on his collectable cars including VW Beetles and Combi vans. He carries this into his management practice with his analytical approach to problem solving and appreciating the smaller parts make a much bigger whole, creating a harmonious atmosphere with a can-do attitude.

John runs a tight ship and prides himself on his “open door” policy making himself available for advice and his all-rounder knowledge.

Building Manager

As a registered plumber and skilled tradesman, Steve is wholly suited to the building management industry. With 10+ years’ experience as a commercial building manager, Steve has managed some significant buildings in Sydney – including for 8+ years the Heritage listed Trades Hall in Haymarket in Sydney.

With his tradesman background Steve understands the terminology when engaging contractors for repairs and has a unique skill of translating for the stakeholders.

With his individual flare and character, Steve is approachable and enthusiastic when working with owners corporations to bring their building asset to its best state of presentation and efficiency. He is service focused, appreciated by owners and residents and prides himself on being available and accessible for all stakeholders.

Building Manager

Peter has a wealth of experience from his decade of Australian Defence Force service, 26 years in the Fire Service Industry, ownership of a private security firm and the management of a prestigious city residential tower. From these roles, Peter has honed his negotiation skills, problem solving and discipline.

Liking to work to systems, Peter is efficient but also flexible to react and pivot as situations arise. Always respectful with a natural style of interaction, Peter demonstrates his comprehension of people’s needs and always works with them to achieve the desired outcome. He can navigate the tough conversations as ultimately; he always has the tenants and owners as his first priorities.

With an open water diver certification and a love of parachuting, Peter brings his level-headed ability to make decisions under pressure to his management style which is appreciated by all he interacts with.

Building Manager

Beginning his career as a property sales consultant, Gerry’s interest gravitated to building management and he has now worked in the industry for 20+ years including supervisor roles.

Gerry takes immense pride knowing the building under his management is well maintained and the tenants’ experiences are positive, allowing the owners to be worry-free. He achieves this by taking a proactive approach, always looking ahead so time can be spent on actioning the best solution to any repairs, maintenance or compliance needs.

Gerry is honest with a sense of humour that makes him very approachable and liked by contractors, tenants, strata committees and owners corporations.

Building Manager

Harvey has an impressive 50+ years as a building project manager. Being a Relief Building Manager he as an extensive knowledge of all buildings in the Vision Building Management Group portfolio and has been in his current role for 5+ years.

As a Carpenter and joiner by trade, Harvey approaches all aspects of his management analytically and with precision.
